Faced with the challenge of deepening player relationships and boosting content creation, BECORE conceived a plan to transform the MLB Players House into a hub of connectivity and creativity, aligning with MLB's strategic vision.
Creating a home base for MLB players
BeCore designed the consumer journey for the players onsite, which included identifying in which rooms each MLB department would house and customizing the space to accommodate the stated goals of that team, which could be a business meeting, content capture opportunity, or informal discussion with players and their agents.
